Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with ginger-garlic, green chilli paste for 45 minutes..
Heat oil and temper with whole spices, red chilli and bayleaf
Add marinated chicken with pastes, mix and cover, let it cook on a medium heat.
After chicken gets tender add kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder and pineapple paste
Mix them well and cover.. low the flame.. so the chicken soaks all the flavour of pineapple
After 5-7 minutes, add salt(according to taste), beresta paste..
Add little bit of sugar and sahi garam masala powder..
Cover and serve..
